Refund Policy

Our refund policy runs alongside your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations which allows you to cancel your contract with us (e.g. if your product is not wanted) within 5 days of receipt, with the exception of freezer baits, frozen goods and custom-made baits (please see below under 'Freezer Baits, Frozen Goods and Custom-Made Baits').

If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied by Impact Particles. If they are deemed faulty or they are not as we described on our website, we will need to be provided with photographic evidence for our team to determine the best course of action. Impact Particles must be contacted within 7 days of your goods being delivered.

To enable us to replace, exchange or credit your goods they must be returned to Impact Particles within 3 working days of contact. The goods must be returned in full, must be in original, undamaged packaging and must be in perfect condition for resale.

Failure to return any products you wish to be replaced or credited to Impact Particles, in full, in undamaged packaging, in perfect condition for resale (unless faulty) will result in a loss of rights for product replacement, exchange or credit from Impact Particles. Faulty goods must also be returned in full if credit, replacement or exchange of goods is sought.

Freezer Baits, Fresh Particle, Frozen Goods and Custom-Made Baits
Freezer baits, fresh particle, frozen products and custom-made products will not be replaced or credited for any reason unless they are faulty. If they are faulty you must contact Impact Particles by email within 24 hours of your delivery being made to notify a member of staff. Impact Particles will also not be liable to replace items from your order if any attempt to process (including air dry, soak, glug, heat, cure, soften or harden) your baits has been made following delivery.
